Best Guacamole Seasoning

Guacamole seasoning works well not just for guacamole. It can be used to flavor soups, salads, rice, and any dish that lacks flavor. I got these spices from my friend Julia, who like me, adores guacamole and salad. It was her lovely gift from Germany. Once I tried it, I decided that I can make them myself, since almost all the ingredients are available in stores. It’s nearly impossible to find anything interesting in FoodLion, and I’m just too lazy to order online. And of course I don’t like paying for delivery that costs sometimes as much as Guacamole seasoning. You can make the spices in 10 minutes and they will last for a couple of weeks if guacamole and salad are your daily meals.

I’ve been making guacamole for years now and the usual combination with lemon and salt has gotten a little boring. The guacamole seasoning with mangoes, pinneaples, onion, garlic and ginger  add new colors to salads with avocado or guacamole as well as to other dishes. Give it a try. It is really good.

Guacamole seasoning Ingredients

0.8 oz (20 g) freeze-dried mango unsweetened and unsulfured

1 teaspoon organic ground ginger

2 tablespoons organic onion powder

0.8 oz (22 g) freeze-dried pinneaple or organic freeze-dried pinneaple powder

0.8 oz (22 g) Red Bell Pepper Powder ( ground smoked paprika)

0.21 oz (6 g) organic parsley flakes

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons organic garlic powder

How to make guacamole seasoning

Remove freeze-dried mangoes and pineapples from their bags. Grind it using an electric spice and coffee grinder and transfer this powder to a half-liter glass container. You will use it to store guacamole seasoning.

Add parsley flakes, salt, ginger powder, smoked paprika, and garlic and onion powder to the same glass container and shake well. It’s ready. Enjoy!
