1 handful celery stalks

2 handful spinach leaves

2 leaves swiss chard

1 banana

handful pineapple/melon/orange/apple/ kiwi/mango/ persimmon

2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fruits and greens, drain.
  2. Blend everything in a high-power blender until smooth.
  3. Wait 30 minutes before you have fruit or your lunch after having the super green smoothie.
