The Habits That Can Age Your Skin

Today I will share with you about the habits that are most harmful to our skin.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Even moderate alcohol consumption is harmful to your beauty. Alcohol boosts the amount of free radicals in the body, making it harder for cells to regenerate. It basically poisons your skin cells.

Strong drinks dilate the capillaries, so if your face tends to redness, the problem will become more pronounced over time. Your skin will get red even when you are not drinking alcohol. If you have kidney problems, even a small amount of alcohol will increase bags under the eyes.

LACK OF SLEEP

During the night, skin regeneration processes are the most intense. Especially in the first half of the night – it is said that at that time the skin cells divide 10 times faster than during the day. In addition, the muscles of the face and the whole body relax during sleep, which makes the skin smooth. For the full skin regeneration, it takes at least 8 hours of sleep (the so-called concept of beauty sleep in the afternoon can help some recovery, but will not make the same impact.)

Dark circles and swelling under the eyes are most likely caused by lack of sleep. If you do not sleep well, your skin can become sagging, turns gray and wrinkles appear. By the way, too much sleep (more than 10 hours) is also harmful – your metabolism is disturbed and hormonal imbalance appears.

SMOKING

The health specialists warn: just a short period of active smoking is enough to trigger irreversible skin changes.

We see the first signs on the face – skin becomes thinner, loses moisture, due to poor oxygen supply turns gray or yellow. Smokers have been found to have half the amount of antioxidant E, which significantly slows down skin’s cell renewal. In addition, by intensively pulling the smoke, we force the same muscles to work continuously, causing early wrinkles forming around the mouth, at the wings of the nose, even the chin. As we constantly squint due to the smoke, the sensitive and thin skin on the outer corners of the eyes immediately wrinkles – it forms so-called “Crow’s feet”.

The effects of smoking will begin to appear after 30 years, and when you reach 40-50, your wrinkles become so deep that a woman looks about 20 years older. Is it worth sacrificing your beauty for smoking? Definitely not.

TOO MANY SUNBATHING

UV rays can cause skin cancer and premature aging of the skin. Protect your face from the sun not only when you are warming up on the beach, but also while you’re on your way to work or home, walking or working outdoors, doing sports in the fresh air. After all, the face is always open, it gets the most sunlight, that’s why it ages your skin first. Especially be careful between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., when the UV rays are the strongest.

EMOTIONALITY

Women’s face skin wrinkles faster because they are more emotional than men.
Most often, mimicry wrinkles are associated with the man’s age and are even considered a reflection of his soul.

After all, wrinkles tell us which person tends to smile constantly, who is constantly angry, and who is surprised by everything.

But no matter what the physiognomy specialists say about it, the wrinkles of mimicry rarely contribute to beauty. You don’t have to turn into porcelain dolls, but at least try not to shrink when you’re alone. Wear sunglasses, so you don’t have to frown unnecessarily.

YOU EAT WORTHLESS FOOD

Processed foods are rich in sugar and salt, fatty foods are made with saturated fats, trans fats and hydrogenated oils.

Simple carbohydrates, threatening preservatives and dyes that are hidden in worthless foods are undoubtedly harmful not only to your health but also to the beauty of the skin. Eat as much unprocessed, raw, organic food as possible – vegetables, fruits, berries.

Special exercises for the face can reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Within a month, it will make your skin look better, so you won’t even need to think about Botox treatment. Thanks for being together!
