Body detox – is the easiest way to feel better. When spring comes, the question arises – how to rejuvenate my body? We want to renew ourselves in the spring like nature – explode with new force and energy. Most of us believe that we will achieve the effect by simply consuming more vitamins, proteins, or some energizing foods. But things don’t work that way. First of all, to get a new one, we need to get rid of the old one. Full body detox is the key to feeling and looking younger.

Some people say that our body constantly cleanses itself, but you may agree with me that from time to time our body may need help to detox. Do you clean your house? Equally, you need to help your body deal with toxins.

WAYS TO DETOX YOUR BODY

So let’s start with body detox. It comes in all sorts: fasting for a few days or a day, for a week or few, or simply eating less. We won’t talk about fasting today – it is a completely different topic. If you want to start fasting, the most important thing is to remember that it’s not just about surviving fasting for a while (as most people think), but rather entering, staying, and getting out of it with as little stress on your body as possible. And that is a science and an art. If you are preparing for fasting for more than one day, it would be wise to have a deeper look at this process before starting this journey. Speak to a specialist or an experienced trusted person.

HEALTHY DIET AND SPRING SPA

Restricting our diet is the simplest way to detox our body. Give up on meat, milk, alcohol, cereals with gluten or other specific products. Never in human history has there been so much food and illness due to its excess. People used to be ill due to a lack of vitamins and food.

Let’s eat products that will help our body to detox and recover. Give up on meat, dairy products, alcohol and sweets, sweetened drinks, buns, potato chips and other delicious but unhealthy snacks. A couple of weeks or a month without sugar is like a spring SPA for your body. And most importantly, it will have a long-term effect, because it will reduce daily sugar consumption even when you get back to your usual nutrition.

FIBER

Getting a lot of dietary fiber is one of the most important things that you need to do while detoxing your body. Various seeds have fibers: pumpkin, chia, flaxseed; legumes: lentils, beans, peas; whole grain bread, vegetables, fruits. Consume this food not in addition to your regular diet, but as a replacement. For example, whole grain bread instead of white bread, beans instead of meat (meat has no fiber), seeds instead of biscuits or potato chips. It is not difficult to enrich food with fiber, for example, add extra bran or flaxseed to the porridge. Instead of dessert, eat plantain husks or chia seeds soaked in valuable juice.

BITTER TASTE

Bitter taste helps to detox our body. All spices are useful: turmeric, coriander, mustard, cloves, parsley, basil, etc.

WATER

One of the most important things is to drink enough water. The right amount of water (especially warm) is a necessary part of every body detox. Drink warm water with lime juice.

FOOD FOR ENERGY

What should we eat to regenerate our body? Sprouts and buds contain the highest amount of vitamins and minerals. The easiest way is to buy sunflower, alfalfa, radish or other specially sprouted seedlings, but you can grow it yourself. Keep in mind that seedlings are very nutritious. So if you put sunflower sprouts onto a plate, remember that it’s a more serious dish than a salad, even a green salad. They are rich in protein, vitamins, valuable fatty acids and minerals.

You can also get additional energy from the so-called superfood: pomegranate, bee pollen, herbs, unprocessed cocoa, shiitake mushroom powder. You can add microgreens to energy cocktails.

HEALTHY GUT – STRONG IMMUNITY

If you want to boost your immunity system, always remember probiotics. It helps to restore your intestinal microflora. Good bacteria are the main part of immunity. They maintain our body’s PH balance, produce B and K vitamins, amino acids, digestive enzymes, inhibit purulent gastrointestinal processes, help to absorb minerals, promote the synthesis of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins. Imagine what would happen in our body if the good bacteria that are responsible for so many vital processes were no longer in the gut. Healthy bacteria create our immune system. Consuming alcohol and other spirits, eating raw garlic and onions also kills all gut bacteria. Love and protect your gut and its good inhabitants.

As long as there are no fresh vegetables outside, eat fermented food. Early greens are often over-fertilized and should be chosen organic. It’s a good idea to try growing microgreens or salads by yourself. At least a little bit. Be the healthiest version of yourself. Happy detox!
